I purchased the phone on 8-September-2009 and it started giving problems from the next day. The network goes off, and when this happens—the phone either hangs or becomes very slow even in operations not related to calling or messaging.
I took the phone to Nokia Service Center (Akshay Telecom, Behind Petrol Pump in Dyaneshwar Paduka Chowk, F.C. Road, Pune) on the evening 14-September-2009 and they replaced the software. The service center attendant lady was very arrogant and insisted on me signing in a box below a text which said something to the effect of "I confirm that my phone is working....." — even before I had checked if it was working. Second counter—the one near the reception—name of attendant probably Swati.
At night, the phone again started exhibiting the same problem, and additionally kept switching off on its own during the network off episodes.
I am taking the phone today again to the service center with a warning to them either to get it working again or give me a full refund. I will be going to the consumer court if my problem is still not solved.

I dont think it gets better than this for 2700/-. Value for money phone...super bang on for the indian market!!! saste mein zyada!!!

I bought a nokia 2323 and it simply stops ringing, incoming calls or the alarm and then randomly starts again.
Last time I noticed it, it had frozen. First I couldn't hear any of the calls and then no display also. The keypad also had stopped working. I had to remove the battery and put it in to start the phone.
I just bought it a month back.

My wife bought this phone recently , it started giving troubles in few months. it restarts when ever it wants , i would have bought a new phone in the money spent for warranty extension, travel charge to service centre and call charge paid for making calls to service centre.
