1On Galaxy S, go to applications > settings.
2 Select Location and Security tab in it.
3 Scroll down and look for Mobile tracker.
4 Tap on “Set Mobile Tracker”.
5 Setup process begins. It will prompt you for mobile tracker password. Enter a 8 digits password. This is the same password that will be used to lock your SIM card.
6 Next, you will prompted for recipients to notify if any changes made on your phone. Enter Sender names and messages, then agree to the terms.
7 Login your Samsung account. Create one if you don't have one, this will help you manage your mobile tracker settings online for free.
8 That's all. The Mobile Tracker should be activated by now.

Does it mean it has a default password?
It is asking for a 8 digit password the first time I try to set it up and none work ..like 00000000, 12345678 etc

I am in my Location and Security tab on My Samsung Galaxy S Captivate for AT&T and I do not have the Mobile Tracker as an option in the list.
