Good phone with good features but build quality and reliability absolutely rubbish. Mine has failed twice in 6 months - "moisture damage" but it's never been exposed... just poor design, my son's has never gone properly with lag dropped messaging... just like his flatemate's one. NEVER EVER BUY THIS PHONE. Probably a brand problem, my previous sony ericcson also failed inside of 2 years...
